Janel brings a gentle, deeply attuned presence to every container she holds. As a trauma-informed Integrative Health and Somatic Practitioner, she works at the intersection of the body, the nervous system, and the emotional field — helping women find their way back to themselves through homeopathy, flower essences, and somatic awareness. Her clients describe her presence as grounding, warm, and genuinely transformative.
Brennan created the Emotional Release Method from years of deep somatic and energetic practice. As a trauma-informed Integrative Health and Somatic Practitioner, she uses kinesiology to listen to what the body already knows — and helps women access the release that talk-based approaches often can't reach. Her teaching is grounded, practical, and rooted in the body's own wisdom.
